VFX Execution
To secure a wide angle, the ceiling structure of the existing set footage was digitally extended, and a scene where a giant foot overwhelms the character was implemented to produce the climax. To naturally composite the filmed chroma-key foot footage, a 3D foot object of the same shape was created and used as a shadow catcher, precisely matching the lighting and the sense of ground contact. In addition, the damaged section of the ceiling was reconstructed in 3D to apply a simulation-based destruction effect, and the final cut was completed through post-production effects and compositing.
